Dharma Yoga Classes/Rates
Classes:
Hatha: Combines breath, stretching, gentle
yoga postures, and Buddhist-inspired meditations. Accompanying music
ranges from Balinese flute and Tibetan singing bowls to Bob Dylan
and Jeff Buckley. Appropriate for all levels.
Vinyasa: Combines breath with a graceful
flow of yoga postures, a focus on alignment, and guided meditations.
Classes are both vigorous and reflective--a terrific workout for body
and heart. Most appropriate for students with some yoga experience,
though all are welcome.
All Levels: Incorporates breathing exercises,
warm-ups, standing poses, stretches, abdominal strengtheners, and
Sun Salutations. Every class ends with soothing music, a relaxation
pose, and meditation.
Tibetan Heart Yoga: A colorful and fun yoga practice blending breath work, Buddhist meditation, and traditional Tibetan poses like Touching the Horizon and Niguma's Sky Archer with more familiar Indian poses like Pigeon and Half-Moon. Appropriate for all levels.
Basics: An introductory class for those new
to yoga or for those wanting to focus on correct alignment and the
fundamentals of postures and meditation.
Restorative: Relaxing candle-lit stretches, meditation, and Thai
Yoga massage.

Drop-in yoga class: $15
Three-class introductory card: $30 (first
visit is free; 1-month expiration)
Five-class card: $70 (2-month expiration)
Ten-class card: $130 (3-month expiration)
Monthly unlimited: $150
Student discount: $12 per class (with college
or high school ID)
Private Instruction: $85 (at studio); $100
(at your home)
